Sanctions
Who gave whom a ban, mute or warning, in which chat, why and for how long, whether it is still in force, and who lifted it and why.
Ban appeals
The text of the appeal, the ban date and moderator you named, the decision, and who made it and why.
Reports via /report
Who reported whom, where and what happened, who handled the report and how it ended, and the channels used to look into it.
Moderator calls
Who called a moderator, from which voice channel and why, which moderators received the call and who accepted it.
Server logs
The bot writes to private log channels on the Discord server: deleted and edited messages (author, channel, text up to 1,800 characters, who deleted it where known), joining and leaving voice channels, and nickname, avatar and banner changes. Deleting your message doesn’t delete its copy in the log.
Profile
Name, display name, nickname, and avatar and banner links, so the logs show up-to-date details.
Artificial intelligence
The AI-based filter is switched off: the bot doesn’t send messages to AI services. If we ever decide to switch it back on, we will update this policy beforehand.
