Support Bot
Newcomer checks, entry bans, keys and the support team’s work.

Joining the server
When you joined, through which invite, who invited you and how many times you joined before. The bot works out the account’s age from the Discord ID — this is not your date of birth. If the account is too new, the bot remembers the date access will open.
Checks, entry bans and appeals
Who carried out the check and when. Entry ban: the reason, who issued it and when, whether it has been lifted. Appeal: your text, who reviewed it, the decision and the reason for it.
Keys
Who was given a key, by whom, why, for how long and who removed it. Key requests: who asked, for whom, the reason and the decision.
Reviews
A rating from 1 to 5 and a comment about the check, and which staff member they relate to. The review is posted in the reviews channel on the server.
Support team work
Support staff’s time in verification channels, prime-time slots and attendance, and the number of checks, entry bans, keys and reviews. The statistics are reset every quarter.
